Are you aspiring to be a PROGRAMMER and you're fidgeting on how to go about it. If YES, this article is a must read for you. You'll see great tips that will help you in planning your coding journey as a developer/programmer.
One thing I always tell upcoming developers is that they should try as much as possible to define their niche before starting their coding career. Like all career, you must face setbacks but with extra effort and persistence, you can succeed anytime or anywhere you kickstart your career with focus and determination.
CODING FOR BEGINNERS?
As a beginner in coding career you must prepare yourself for the following concept; Introductory aspect, Main theory, Practical aspect, How does coding works?..., Basic terms, Embarking on Projects.
Before you kickstart the journey?
Answer these questions;
- What will I learn?
- Who is this course for?
- Do I need to know anything before starting?
- Do I need any gadgets before starting?
- What will I be able to do by the end of this course?
- What are the benefits of learning code?
- Will it be Fun, Engaging and Profitable?
To be precise, from my own point of view any career that is not profitable either now or later doesn't worth learning.
So, before you kickstart any career "Always know the direction your ship of life is sailing" before doing it.
Just like I do tell my companions and fellow optimist "The future is created in what we do today" it's better we plan engaging it with futuristic things.
Let's get to started;
Who's a PROGRAMMER?
A person who writes computer program?
Programmer use different computer languages to write code or instructions that aid computer functionality for users.
A Coder?... A person who designs and writes code. Also called a programmer.
The following keywords will help you in your coding journey;
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- PYTHON
- C++ | C | C#
- PHP
- Java
- Ruby etc.
Initially, I've engage with some resources to learn the techniques of coding and how this whole coding works with the help of some website called (click to view)(click to view). The most interesting part of this web is that you can start learning free and see how coding works..., with the interface of Guide, Editor & Live. You don't need to pay a single dime for it but you may have a mentor to guide you through the whole process if you're confused about any steps.
When you learn Programming?....You can become a web developer or Full stack developer, it's indeed a rewarding career because of constantly changing technological environment. You may try freelancing and get paid for working at home. I don't own a coding website and I'm not either affiliated with the web but I personally use the site as part of my resources in my coding career journey.
